The PAA Publications Committee seeks applications for the position of editor of Demography. The new editor will begin work in May 2013, and will edit the 2014-2016 volumes of the journal.

The PAA Nominating Committee – Kathleen Mullan Harris (chair), Greg J. Duncan, and Wendy Manning– proposes the following slate of candidates for the 2012 election (terms begin January 2013). Additional candidates may be nominated according to the procedures outlined in Article IV of the PAA bylaws, available on the website, www.popassoc.org. Submit petitions signed by at least ten PAA members, along with the required biographical data information by May 8, 2012, to Rosalind B.
