Email Bobbie Westmoreland, PAA's Program Manager, who will notify the organizer and chair of your session and make arrangements for a replacement paper.

If you are presenting in an oral session, you can log into MiraSmart and download a letter from the Author Home.

If you are presenting in a poster session you will be able to access your letter after the January 15 deadline to accept presentations (approximately Jan 17).

If you are a chair/discussant, you can access a letter from the Review Home (click Manage Session).

If you are presenting in an invited session, please fill out this invite letter request form. Please note that if you fill out this form, but do not fit the criteria, you will not receive an invite letter.

No, unfortunately PAA does not provide any travel funds.

After the poster acceptance deadline, and poster presenters are placed into sessions, we must then check to make sure no one is in violation of PAA's two presenter rule, which allows for 4 roles on the program, with only two as presenter. Correcting the number of roles can be time consuming but must be done as MiraSmart scheduling looks for conflicts. Only presenting author, chair and discussant roles are considered for conflicts. Organizer and co-author roles are not, as neither is required to attend the conference. You can expect the schedule to be complete in mid-February.

Presenting authors and submitters (but not co-authors) can log into MiraSmart to make author changes until February 15. To do so, click Author Home, and then click edit next to the correct submission and click the Author circle at the top.  To change the presenting author, click edit next to an author's name and then check the presenting author box at the top of their entry.

After February 15, contact Bobbie Westmoreland, Program Manager.

Yes. Name and affiliation changes can be made by logging into PAA. Changes will be reflected once updates are run. You can also log out and back into MiraSmart to see changes. Please note that if your name or affiliation is typed in all-caps or lower case, it will be changed to be uniform with other entries. Changes will be reflected in all MiraSmart entries.

If an author, co-author, chair or discussant is added without being connected to their PAA account, they will not see these entries listed in their Author or Reviewer Home. When this happens, a duplicate record is created in MiraSmart, but only entries connected a PAA account will show. Please email Bobbie Westmoreland, PAA Program Manager, to have the accounts merged.
