2012 Annual Meeting – May 3-5 San Francisco, CA

The Annual Meeting will be held May 3-5, 2012 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel.  (Note: The Welcome Mixer is on Wednesday, May 2, 8:30 p.m.)   Important note:  In order to accommodate an increase in the number of accepted submissions, an additional session slot has been added on Saturday, May 5, 2:30 – 4:30 pm.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.

Pre-Registration is closed! Onsite registration will be in the East Lounge/Continental Ballroom Foyer, Hilton San Francisco Union Square – hours are:

Wednesday, May 2 – 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm (registration closes promptly at 8:30 pm)
Thursday, May 3 – 7:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Friday, May 4 – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, May 5 – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Onsite rates are

Member – $175
Non-member – $299
Student member – $64
Student non-member – $129

Hotel rates are $278/single and $298/double.  Reservations can be made now.
