The 2015 Annual Meeting of the Population Association of America (PAA) will be held April 30-May 2, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel. Exhibit setup date is Wednesday, April 29, 8:30 am – 11:30 am; the show opens at 12:30 pm.  Exhibitor move-out will be Saturday, May 2, 1:30 p.m. PAA is a nonprofit, scientific organization, which promotes research on population issues. PAA members include demographers, sociologists, economists, public health professionals and other individuals interested in research and education in the field of population. EXHIBITS Organizations interested in displaying publications, products and services are invited to exhibit. Exhibit space is available at the rate of $700 per 8′ x 10′ booth. The fee includes one 6′ x 2′ draped table, one 7″ x 44″ identification sign, two side chairs and one wastebasket. Two complimentary registrations are provided to exhibit staff.  Additional booth equipment and poster boards can be purchased from Freeman, the official show decorator.

BOOK DISPLAY Publishers are invited to submit books and order forms for the Book Display Table. The fee is $75 per book.  To reserve space complete the Ad/Book Display form.

Convenient ways to pay — Pay online for exhibits, advertisements or book displays.  Complete the exhibit agreement (be sure to indicate booth selection, sign and return) or the ad/book display form. (If you make payment online, do not complete the payment information section on the agreement form).   You can also download the form and mail or fax with payment.

Confirmation of booth numbers(s) will be sent after receipt of payment and acceptance of your application.
