The 2012 Annual Meeting will be held May 3-5 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. (Note: The Welcome Mixer is on Wednesday, May 2, 8:30 p.m.) 

Important note:  In order to accommodate an increase in the number of accepted submissions, an additional session slot has been added on Saturday, May 5, 2:30 – 4:30 pm.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.

Room rates are $278/single (one or two beds) and $298 double (two people, one or two beds).  Hotel fees are 14% occupancy tax and 1-1.5% Tourism Improvement District Assessment.

THE GOVERNMENT RATE ROOM BLOCK IS NOW SOLD OUT.

Every effort is made to secure an adequate block of rooms for the PAA Annual Meeting.  It is possible, however, that the room block may sell out BEFORE the reservation cutoff date, April 11, 2012.  After reserving a room, if your plans change and you are unable to attend, please cancel your room reservation as early as possible so that space will be available for another meeting participant. Be sure to obtain a confirmation number when making or cancelling a reservation.
