Member Initiated Meetings
2014 PAA MEMBER INITIATED MEETINGS
The PAA 2014 Annual Meeting will be May 1-3, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, Boston, MA. The deadline for Member Initiated Meeting space was September 27. Some limited space may be available. If you have not submitted your request, complete the application form and return to Stephanie Dudley as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for space.
Meeting rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability. You will be contacted if we are unable to accommodate your request. PAA will arrange for meeting space only. A hotel representative will contact you to finalize any food and beverage or audiovisual requirements, and to establish payment arrangements. All food and beverage MUST be purchased from the hotel.
Meetings scheduled on Thursday and Friday evening in preset session rooms will have access to the LCD projector, overhead projector and screen already set up. (Note: The session rooms are set theater style – chairs only facing front with a lectern or head table – and in most cases cannot be turned to schoolroom or conference set for evening meetings.) Laptops are not provided; audiovisual requirements for other days must be arranged through the hotel. Room assignments and confirmation of setup will be sent to you by February 17, 2014.
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved beginning Saturday, April 26. Check the PAA website later this year for hotel reservation information.
