Registration

Registration is OPEN  for the 2015 Annual Meeting at the Hilton San Diego Bay Front, April 30-May 2.  (Note: The Welcome Mixer is on Wednesday, April 29, 8:30 p.m.) ALL PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS (First or presenting authors, chairs and discussants) MUST REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING.  Participants registering at the non-member rate will not be required to join PAA in order to appear on the program.

You will also be able to register for other events such as the Career Mentoring Lunch, the Applied Demography Breakfast and the Workshop on American Community Survey by accessing the member or non-member pre-registration form below.  The deadline for early pre-registration is April 6, 2015.

Member – $167
Non-member – $305
Student member – $62
Student non-member – $131

New first time regular members save $10 on membership dues when pay dues and register for the Annual Meeting. Click here to join first – you will then be able to access the pre-registration form.

Non-member pre-registration fee is $305.00, click here to access the non-member registration form.

To register and pay dues by check, download and print the form (PDF), mail to 8630 Fenton Street, Suite 722, Silver Spring, MD 20910, or to fax (301.565.7850) Late registration will be open from April 9 – April 23, you can register online at the onsite rate.  After April 23 registration fees must be paid onsite in San Diego, CA.  Registration fees paid onsite are: Member – $202 Non-member – $340 Student member – $72 Student non-member – $141 Click the links on the right-hand menu for information on Member Initiated Meetings, Hotel Reservations, Events, Transportation and General Information.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  In order to accommodate the continuing increase in the number of accepted submissions, an additional session slot has again been added on Thursday, April 30, 4:30 – 6:00 pm.  Sessions will end on Saturday, May 2 at 2:00 pm.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.
