9th KOSTAT-UNFPA Summer Seminar on Population

The KOSTAT-UNFPA Summer Seminar on Population has been serving as a forum for individuals and institutions concerning population-related issues in the Asia-Pacific.

Along with the plenary lecture on the first day of the program, three independent and consecutive workshops will focus on “R in Demography”, “Migration Estimation” and “Demographic Methods”. These workshops are expected to provide an opportunity for experts on demography and government officials in charge of population censuses and statistics around the world to promote new methods for producing and analyzing population statistics and demography.
Participants are encouraged to select one or more workshops among the suggested options.
