National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect (NDACAN) Monthly Office Hours

 

For the 2026 to 2027 academic year, the Monthly Office Hours series will feature a workshop or presentation for the first half and open support time in breakout rooms with NDACAN staff and consultants for the second half. Sessions will occur from 11AM – 12PM (Eastern Time) on Fridays. A planned schedule of workshops and presenters is included below —please note that the spring topics are tentative, given the time horizon. Presentation topics will not change, but the order may be updated based on presenter availability.

·       February 5th: Changes to AFCARS

·       March 5th: Linking to NCANDS & AFCARS using R

·       April 2nd: Research in Progress

·       May 7th: NYTD Research Example in Stata

 

The Office Hours sessions are not recorded or available as webinars: please plan to attend those sessions which most interest you. NDACAN welcomes feedback or suggestions about the timing of Office Hours if scheduling or time zone differences are making it difficult for people to attend.
