How Does Diversity Impact Science?

Evidence shows that diverse, inclusive teams enhance creativity, innovation, and productivity in science. A group of renowned leaders will discuss the outcomes of scientific workforce diversity on creativity and innovation in science. Invited speakers will share their perspective on the benefits of scientific workforce diversity and highlight effective methods for measuring its impact, as well as areas for future research.
