Vaccination Confirmation

How to Confirm Your Vaccination Status for PAA 2022

All in-person attendees must confirm that they are fully vaccinated to attend PAA 2022. Per the U.S. Center for Disease Control, fully vaccinated means that you have finished your vaccine, whether that is one dose or two, and two weeks have passed. Please note that PAA strongly encourages all attendees to receive a booster shot as recommended by the CDC. There are two ways to prove your vaccination status:

Those Residing in the U.S. or U.S. Citizens

You will text a photo of your vaccine card to the third-party verification vendor, 42chat. 42chat will confirm the authenticity of the card and advise PAA that you are vaccinated.

If you did not receive a text message, scan the QR code below with your phone and you will be taken to the verification service. Or use this link, or text 855-912-0962.

Those Residing Outside the U.S.

The United States government requires that all non-citizen travelers must show proof of vaccination to enter the country. To prove vaccination status, you will show the registration staff your admission stamp in your passport or Form I-94.

How Will It Work in Atlanta?

Upon arrival, you will first visit the vaccine verification desk. At this point, you will either give the registration staff your name to check against our list of those who have used 42chat to verify their vaccination status or you will show the staff your passport admission stamp or I-94. The registration staff will give you a ticket upon confirmation. You will take the ticket to the registration area and give it to the registration staff. Staff will then print your badge and give you the other meeting materials.

If you are not verified, you will not be given a badge or meeting materials. No refunds will be issued.

The verification email and texts will be sent out in the first week of March.  Your vaccination status must be confirmed by April 4, 2022.

  2. If you are a U.S. citizen or reside in the U.S., update your PAA profile to include your cell phone number and set it as your primary phone number by February 24th (see below for instructions).  PAA will not use this information for anything other than vaccine verification.
