Your ability to make author changes is currently turned off. Once the schedule has been input into MiraSmart (February), you will be able to resume making author changes. Please note that once we extract information for the program PDF, author changes will not be reflected. However, they will be reflected in the online and mobile apps.

If you are an oral or flash session or poster presenter, you can log into MiraSmart and download a letter from the Author Home.

If you are a chair/discussant, you can access a letter from the Review Home (click Manage Session). 

Yes. Name and affiliation changes can only be made by logging into PAA. Changes will be reflected once updates are refreshed. You can also log out and back into MiraSmart to see changes. Please note that if your name or affiliation is typed in all-caps or lower case, it will be changed to be uniform with other entries. Changes will be reflected in all MiraSmart entries.

We are a small staff and this is a busy time for us, so we thank you for your patience when reaching out to us for assistance. To cut down on confusion and to make sure that we aren't doing extra work, we ask that you do not contact more than one staff person for assistance. If the person you contact is not the appropriate party, they will forward your email/voicemail to the correct party. We will get back to you.

No, PAA does not provide any travel funds.

If an author, co-author, chair or discussant is added without being connected to their PAA account, they will not see these entries listed in their Author or Reviewer Home. Please email Bobbie Westmoreland, PAA Program Manager, to have the entries connected.
