Please make note of the following:

  • Participants attending the PAA 2026 and a Member-Initiated Meeting (MIM) are required to register for the annual meeting.
  • Submit one application per part or day. For example, if the event has two parts, takes place in both the morning and afternoon, or occurs over two days, a separate application should be used for each.
  • We do not promote or list events that coincide with PAA research sessions or other PAA events within PAA Annual Meeting materials or outlets.
  • Room assignment notifications will be sent after February 5, 2026. Due to limited availability, no changes or additional MIM applications will be accepted once assignments are made. A $200.00 administrative fee will be billed at the time of room assignment.
