The PAA 2027 Annual Meeting, taking place March 31-April 3, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, offers a unique opportunity to connect with more than 2,500 attendees from around the world. Interested in an Exhibit Booth?

Let us know your preferences using this form. Interested exhibitors may select up to three booth location preferences, and booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Purchasing will open in late November 2026. 

Each Exhibit Booth Includes

• More than 20 hours of exhibit hours
• An 8' × 10' booth space with an 8-foot back drape and 3-foot side dividers
• One 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and a display sign
• A 7" × 44" identification sign displaying your organization name and booth number
• A listing on the PAA website and in Annual Meeting exhibitor materials
• Two complimentary full-conference registrations for booth personnel per booth purchased
