ADC 2026 Registration Info

How to Register

  • Go to online.populationassociation.org/paassa
  • Sign in with your username and password.
    • Having trouble? Click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts to receive your username and reset your password.
  • In the MY EVENTS box, click on the event for which you would like to register.
    • Step 1: Confirm your information and answer a few questions.
    • Step 2: As a member in good standing, your registration fee is automatically determined for you. If you have a renewal notice ready, you can follow the prompts to renew as well.
    • Step 3: Review your registration selections, then click CONTINUE
    •  Step 4: Payment
      • Select Payment Option
      • Select Payment Type
      •  Confirm you are human
      • Click submit
    • Step 5: Provide your payment details and complete the transaction.

You will receive receipt and confirmation emails within 24 hours.



IMPORTANT

  • If you are presenting in any capacity, you must be registered by Friday, January 2, 2026.
  • You must agree to abide by PAA’s Anti-Harassment policy to register.

Rates 

The registration rates are as follows:

PAA Member
Regular - $165
Student - $20

Nonmember
Regular - $215
Student - $55

Membership

If you are not currently a member, you can purchase a membership by going to populationassociation.org/join, select a membership, add it to your cart and pay. 

Rate Details


There are three base registration rates:

  • Student: This rate is available to anyone who is currently an enrolled, full-time student. To access this rate, your INDIVIDUAL TYPE in your profile must be set to STUDENT.
  • Regular: If you do not qualify for the student rate, you should register at the regular rate.

Cancelation and Transfer

Cancelation requests are not accepted and no refunds will be given after January 20, 2026. Written cancelation requests prior to that date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancelations will only include registration fees. Membership dues are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person. Please email info@popassoc.org to request a transfer or cancelation.
