We seek highly motivated and qualified candidates for several research positions in the multidisciplinary 6-year research project ‘Family Formation in Flux – Causes, Consequences, and Possible Futures (FLUX)’. FLUX focuses on the changing fertility and family dynamics in the Nordic countries and in Finland in particular. It seeks evidence-based solutions for influencing and adapting to changes in fertility dynamics. The positions are ideal for ambitious quantitative researchers holding PhDs in demography, sociology, economics, or related fields, who wish to contribute to scientifically excellent and policy relevant research, mostly based on register data. The positions are at the University of Turku, Åbo Akademi and the University of Helsinki.
