Leaving the PAA in your will or other estate plans can help to ensure the future of the PAA while offering you some valuable tax benefits. If you have questions, please contact PAA staff.

Language for a bequest is simple. You can incorporate it into a new will or an amendment (codicil) to your existing will. The following language will help you make your intentions clear:

I give and bequeath to the Population Association of America, a qualified charitable organization located at 1436 Duke Street, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314, the sum of $______ (OR _____ percentage OR the securities or property described herein, namely…) to be used as directed by the Board of Directors of the Population Association of America.
