The Asian Population Association (APA) is happy to announce that the 6th APA Conference will be held in the city of Mumbai, India. This scientific event will be held from 27th November to 30th November 2024. The Conference will be hosted by International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. The conference will serve as a major forum for the experts, policymakers, government officials and early career researchers to discuss the key population issues in Asian countries.
The face-to-face conference will include oral presentations and poster presentations. APA is in the process of finalizing the themes, theme conveners, sessions to be included in the conference. You are welcome to submit the theme after logging into the APA website. The notification for the authors to submit paper or the “Call for Papers” will be launched in September/October 2023 with the deadline to submit an abstract set for February 2024 allowing plenty of time to prepare a submission.
There will be opportunities for the sponsoring/organizing side events as part of the APA conference. Organizations interested in organizing side-events can submit their proposals to the APA Secretariat.
Conference participants will get an ideal opportunity to share their good knowledge and practices as well as foster partnership with their counterparts in this region.
