Call for Nominations for Editor-In-Chief of SRCD Journals

The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) is soliciting nominations, including self-nominations, for the Editor-In-Chief of Child Development Perspectives (CDP) and Monographs of the Society for Research in Child Development. Child Development Perspectives (CDP) publishes brief, well-synthesized reviews of research, typically focusing on emerging and novel lines of inquiry in developmental science. Papers are written to be accessible and informative to the broad developmental community. Papers are welcome from all fields that inform contemporary developmental science. CDP publishes both commissioned and unsolicited articles. As a quarterly journal, CDP publishes about 35 articles per year, with an approximate acceptance rate of 27%. Monographs is a distinctive publication in developmental science that provides a long-form platform to publish in-depth, conceptually rich, and empirically distinguished work. Monographs, published since 1935, is a highly respected serial publication with a current impact factor of 9.5. Issues of Monographs often become foundational and definitive resources for scholars in a wide range of disciplines, and for a general audience, including teachers, clinicians, and policy makers.  Deadlines for nominations are January 22, 2024 for Child Development Perspectives and January 31, 2024 for Monographs.
