The American Psychological Foundation (APF) is offering two funding opportunities:
1) Henry P. David Grant for International Travel in Human Reproductive Behavior and Population Studies
Funding: 1 grant of $1,000
Eligibility: Preference will be given to applicants who intend to make a presentation at PAA. Applicants must:
- Be graduate students conducting dissertation research, or early career researchers with no more than 10 years postdoctoral
- Have demonstrated interest in human sexual and reproductive health and behavior, or related population concerns
- Be a non-US citizen
The Henry P. David Grant for International Travel in Human Reproductive Behavior and Population Studies is intended to cover expenses associated with travel to, during, and from the 2025 Population Association of America (PAA) Psychosocial Workshop.

2) Henry P. David Grant for Research in Human Reproductive Behavior & Population Studies
Funding: 1 grant of $1,000
Eligibility: Applications are open to applicants in all relevant disciplines who have a demonstrated psychological approach to their work, with preference given to psychologists. Applicants must:
- Be graduate students conducting dissertation research or early career psychologists no more than 10 years postdoctoral
- Have demonstrated interest in human reproductive behavior or related population concerns
The Henry P. David Grant for Research in Human Reproductive Behavior & Population Studies provides $1,000 for support of ongoing research in behavioral aspects of population studies or human reproductive behavior.
