PAA and APC signed a letter to Secretary Kennedy regarding the restructuring of the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) at HHS's Administration for Children and Families (ACF). 

The letter is signed by 140 organizations and more than 650 individuals — including members of the bipartisan Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking, former HHS appointees and senior executives, leading evaluation researchers, practitioners, and human services organizations from across the country.
