Solveig Argeseanu Cunningham, PhD, MSc is Professor of Global Health at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health in the United States and Senior Researcher at the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute in the Netherlands. Her areas of specialization are in quantitative research methods, obesity and diabetes, contextual factors of chronic diseases, and the implications of early life exposure for long-term health. Her research has included work in the U.S., Europe (including as a Fulbright Scholar), South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, and employs quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis.
